Hello All,

To everyone I hope you're doing well. To my fellow Feb 09 quitters, I hope you are all still smoke free.

I've now hit my one year anniversary for tobacco cigarettes.

I was sadly still using the NRT until September, so although I have been free of smoke for one whole year now, it's still a long way to go!
