I really truly do!! I am coping well my champix course has been finished now for 3 weeks, I am not craving anymore just occasionaly missing the habit i.e drinking or after a meal..but it is manageable. My wife has sadly relapsed so I am doing it alone now but I think no in fact I know that I can do this one day at a time...

Well done that's only two weeks behind me. It's a pity your wife gave in but if you keep strong and keep going as positive as you are she may follow in your footsteps one day.

I seem to have gone through a barrier and I feel great about not smoking and feel I'm now a non smoker. It could mean you only have another week or so and you could hit the same thing.
