I remember feeling the same way, God I thought I was going crazy and every post I made I complained about it lol, thats whats so good about coming on here we are all going through the same s***.
Well done on getting to day three, I start week 4 tommorrow and if I can do it anyone can,

Hi Burney and welcome to the forum. If you are doing this cold turkey then by the end of day 3 all nicotine will be out of your system, how fab is that? You will find loads of great reading around here, try some of the links it will help you keep your head in the right place.

Climbing the walls is better than digging a big hole! Happy quitting...it WILL get better...and better...and better

No unfortunates there. First is to stop smoking that tar and chems into your lungs then its shutting off the nicotine. Any help is worth it ( sorry A Carr ) give yourself a chance. CT is for peeps that are in for the sprint...i'm a marathon man, just gone CT after 3 weeks on gum.
