tHanks for the advice, it's being a long month tho but glad I've reached it, once again today at work I had intense cravings it felt like there was a knot in my stomach getting tighter and tighter, was close to driving to garage to buy some on my break but I didn't
I'm trying to decide what to treat myself to but I can't decide dunno if that's good or bad but I'm enjoying seeing my savings account with money in for a change
However I'm going to dentist tomorrow so that will cost me a arm and leg and my savings will disapear
Here's to another month smokefree and hopefully no blips so I cam proudly say I've being smoke free for 2 months!!!
Congratulations anyone else who's completed month one and here's to month 2 ( I'm glad it's a short month aswell

Congratulations Stu on reaching the 1 month mark, I reached it to yesterday and it feels great.
Like you I still get urges to have one, or is it?, not too sure? even after a month. I can totally relate to that feeling in your stomach it's like butterflies for me and my brain says "go and have a cig", but like you i have resisted and look forward to reaching my next milestone 2 months.
Hi guys and well done Stu and Sharon on the first month done and dusted. But we don't want dust to gather on that first month so you must push on.
The feeling you guys are getting is what I got about the time you are at. It is a feeling of anxiety it's horrible you probably have like a nervous feeling in your stomach also. It's like a torture something is torturing you it's your body and brain playing tricks on you. In my opinion it's not cravings for cigarettes any more it's you body demanding the toxins and chemicals you have been feeding it for years and it want's them back now! Keep resisting guys and it will give in, I have got past that now but it's still not easy. It's still there but it more controllable now even though it's still hard.
