Kinda promoting myself here...a couple days late I feel (I'm no good at counting). Well as of tomorrow I think I'll be on double figures, finished day 8 today which means I must be on day 9...10 must come tomorrow. That works for me

Having a very relaxing and calm day again today. Each day thinking about the smokes less and less, pretty much at a point where smoking seems a distant memory already.

Seems there maybe something in the Easy Way. I don't think it's the be all and end all but definitely think it's a massive help.
