Stopped smoking on the 2nd using the Allen Carr "Easyway" book.
I know it's only day 2 but I'm feeling very weird. The book warns you will feel strange for a few days after quitting but doesn't go into detail.
I honestly don't want a ciggy and this is a challenge today as it's my first day back to work. Usually I would be on my 7th/8th ciggy right now.
I don't have a craving but feel very lightheaded and my day is dragging in. I've drank a ton of water but feel rather spaced out. Has anyone else experienced these feelings?
I've smoked for the past 25 years and this is the first time I have stopped.

I remember feeling that way and I used patches for a while to help me quit. I've read of these feeling with patches, champix, other NRT aids and CT.
It's part of not having nicotine in your systems and will reduce pretty quickly.
Take some time to read the links in peoples signatures as many feelings and symptoms are explained and knowledge of what we are or what we will be, going through, really helps.
Help maintain your blood sugars. Having those effected for me was bad. Total lethargy, lack of concentration...... havoc.
