Day2 is heading to an end

Hi All,

I decided to give up at 16:00 on 31/12 - the reason being as much of my day as possible is over night (if that makes sense). Plus I can feel good mid afternoon/early evening by knowing I've made another 24 hours.

Only another 5 to go and that'll be day 2 over and done with!

So far cravings haven't been too much of an issue...anxiety has though. Anxiety and panic is something I've had to deal with in the past though so I'm semi used to it, do a degree I can control it.

For others out there that suffer with anxiety or stiffness in their neck/shoulders due to withdrawal, I recommend getting a kneck sock thingy. It's like a scarf with grain in it. Whack it in the microwave to heat it up and place over your shoulders....fantastic!
