Weaned myself off the champix and eventually stopped 9 days ago, feeling lots better (which isn't difficult as I was a mess to be honest!)
Went for a walk last week and couldn't believe how easy it was to walk up hills, it was a pleasure..so easy I started running up one...it felt fab!
Food!
Has food always tasted this good? What have I been missing out on? It all tastes so goooooood! My waistline is showing the effects of this though, not so positive, although will tackle this after christmas, I want to taste christmas properly this year, for the first time since I was in my teens. Yum!
I have two new addictions I'm afraid, marmite and redbush tea.
I'm consuming lots of each, daily, almost craving them.
And looking at the poor freezing smokers suffering for a fag outside in this weather, whenever I see them I feel pity for them and ever so pleased for me!
