Forgot to put my patch on today...

Good afternoon all,

I am chomping at the bit to get out of work today, it's been a rather dull day on top of now starting to get some cravings.

I forgot to put my patch on today and although it's not horrendous craves, they are there.

Fairly sure I will be ok once I can get out of here and get on my bike as I will then have things to do.

Just edgy and bored right now.

Oooh Mixxy it'll be absolutely fine, your most definately strong, and your nearly at the end of the day, drink lots of water and keep busy on this site, i stopped my patches as i got half way through a day and just decided to try it without... i'm rooting for you.... dont let us down now!
