Hey all. I'm well into day 6 now, can't believe tomorrow will be day 7! Mad. I did my back in yesterday morning so am not able to move around too much, then my internet went down, so it's been a pretty yukky couple of days. But, net is back up, I have some good tv (well, trash tv!) to look forward to, and it's good to be not smoking!
I'm still having dreams that I'm smoking, and am still not sleeping well, and am STILL having the odd 'ooh, time for a fag' moment, but it has only been 6 days so I guess that's to be expected.
Mini facial again tonight, a glass of wine, tv and no smelly ashtray!

Sorry to hear your backs none too clever. Hope it resolves itself soon. I finally managed to get some sleep last night after surviving on about 2 hours for the last three days. Probably exhaustion. Anyhow, I'm back at work tomorrow so hopefully it'll keep my mind away from the F A G S. I'm worried about driving to and from work though, I only passed my test in December last year and driving still freaks me out, especially through Birmingham city centre. I used to have a fag before setting off, but I'll just have to chew my nails instead and maybe brown trouser a few times LOL. Anyhow, hope you feel better soon. Have a glass of wine for me. LisaX
P.S. Nearly a week now hun, how good are we!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, maybe the smoking added to the stress of driving? I've been reading lots of stuff about how it adds to stress levels as you're always on a nictine comedown. The drive may be better without the smoke!
I did my back in two weeks ago as well. I think its the tension of stopping smoking as have never had a bad back before. Still painful but hopefully on the mend. Hope you're feeling better too. Well done with the quit.
