I quit on 21st October, So I suppose I've been quit 2 weeks but i'm in my third week??
Anyway I decided I'd had enough again (thats another story I seem to be an eternal quitter) and quit last month. I'm using a bit or NRT (lozenges) which seem to be doing the trick.
I'm enjoying smelling good again and seem to be applying more and more aftershave as my sense of smell comes back to life.

All the best in 'week 3'. I found during that time things became a lot easier or less harder depending on your outlook.
You mention using a bit of NRT (lozenges). I think that is what my NHS smoke nurse gave me today. Not a whole dispenser, but just one lozenge. I was on patches but didn't' like the thought of nicotine being in my system any longer. So stopped using them end of last week. The smokey nurse was a little concerned about that so gave me just the one lozenge to try tonight and if it helps, then she can give me the usual amnt in a dispenser. How are you finding them?
I may take her up on the offer as it could be handy as a safety net.
