last night got very drunk round m8 & lost control of my mind, so tuesday (today 7th attempt) im gunna do it!

Watch yr patterns. I've been avoiding parties and drinking too much or at all as I know when i get a few under my belt i tend to have a hell may care attitude and very easliy pick up a smoke again. Try to give yourself maybe 2 or 3 months of avoiding drinking.

Remember your health & yr life are worth the minor sacrifice of parties for a little while untill u have the inner strength back.

I started when i was 10, just stopped last month at age 37.
