Am on day 15 withoutthe fags.

Feel great, can't stop eating still! But wots a few pounds? Can get rid of them another time.

Hows everyone else doing?

It was def worth battling through to this stage, get cravings but can rise above em and they don't last very long now.

Well done Alfie....you're doing great! I'm on day 16 and really felt the difference walking up a hill today...have you noticed any differences yet?
