Last day of week 2 - Day 14

Had a busy day, and barely thought about smoking. I am a little nervous about week 3 though. I've heard from a number of people it can be a hard one. Hope it goes by fast!!!

Try not to worry about week3 not everyone feels down and find it hard

Yes it does happen for some of us but by no means all I for one never had a problem with it

Just take it day by day OK get through it and then it is plain sailing

It looks scary but I think since loads of us have had a hard time this week no matter what stage we are on. So this week coming is going to be a breeze for us.
