Very happy to be here! Anyone else waking and having their lungs feel they have had a big night out drinking and smoking? I have not cheated either LOL.

Since a recent bout of flu, yeah me, right the way through my quit i had no breathing issues, no production from coughing.. and .. no cough either... but since getting that horrid flu, i've had all of those things and have felt like i'm breathing with 20% of my lung capacity and i'm constantly tired at the moment too.

Congrats on 50 days (half a century) of not smoking.. we can't expect miracles to happen overnight health wise but we do see many positive reasons for being quit.
