I am on day 7, it will be a full week if I can make it to midnight.
today, I've had more cravings than the other day (except for day 3).
tonight friends are coming around and they're all gonna smoke and I'm worried that I'll give in.
So far done it all cold turkey although had a lozenge on day 3.
Should I have a lozenge or a gum if I feel that I'm gonna cave in or should I just be strong whatever? would a lozenge put nicotine back to my system?
Thanks for being there when it's hard.
My quit counter says: Sandrine - Free and Healing for Six Days, 20 Hours and 10 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 8 Hours, by avoiding the use of 103 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me £13.34.

Whatever you do, do not have a fag, have whatever else you need, but do not have a fag. Tell your friends how you feel, if they are good mates they will understand and help by smoking away from you, or not smoking at all.
We are all here, and trust me you will get a load of posts, so if you need to during the evening just pop back and post what you are feeling.
There is only one objective of tonight and that is not to smoke, everything else is ok, well as long as it is legal:eek:
Keep strong you have done so well and you do not want to do the last 7 days again.

To be honest, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Was really worried but only had a few cravings that didn't last. Feel so good for making it and didn't even have a gum or lozenge!
