I hear this is one of the best NRT's (yes,I have lapsed again, big style)
But I have never seen it anywhere? Where can i buy it? And is it any good?

Nobody actually should talk to me- I am the Amy Winehouse of cigarettes and i seem to have no commitment atm. You can all shout at me if you like cos i really am just cr*p at this giving up smoking lark.
Aside from Vicks Synex Nasal Spray, i didn't know there was an NRT you fire up the old snozzle
You gotta find something that works for you though aint ya? either that, or make some serious life changes that take the things away that were getting you back smoking.
Do i really have to nag? do i? (only kidding, you'll find your step soon enough)
Yup, I'm afraid you really have to nag ...(hangs head in shame)
I pop onto the forum with guilty smoking secrets at the mo. Hey, at least i am still here anyway.
THe NRT spray is meant to be the best thing you can get in terms of instant nicotine hit, but i think it may be just prescribed as i've never seen it anywhere?
Hi Jude
Sorry you have slipped but sometimes it takes years of perseverance as it did with me. Have you tried Champix. It took 3 goes with it, but after 35 years I think I may have just kicked it.

Girl, I think you are just a bit like me in regards to quitting. Tried loads of different methods and didn't last long with any. Kept looking for the next novel method to quit thinking that'll be the one.
At the end of day I realised it's not the vehicle...more the road. Anyone can stop smoking...after all we do it every time we go to sleep. I was just determined that I would stick on the road no matter how rocky it got. Some of us go through real down periods in our quits...but rather than giving in decide that you won't...and then decide to be proud of that achievement. Rinse and repeat.
Jude, you can and do get through a few days before you cave. And then you come back...which tells us that you are defo wishing to quit. You know the process and now you just need to put it into practice. Make that decision and choose to keep to it...no matter what
[*]You have had a shitty day at work - no worries cos you've stopped smoking.
[*]You have a good day with friends - excellent and you've stopped smoking.
[*]You have a night out clubbing - yippee and you've danced your wee heart out and you've stopped smoking.
[*]You meet a person you think is cute - and you've stopped smoking.
[*]You win the lottery - and you've stopped smoking.
Obviously the theme is that you've stopped smoking and that's what your focus should be upon. Life does happen all around you and it will continue to do so....but this period you are going to do something really wonderful and life enhancing as well. Something that you'll appreciate for the rest of your long and healthy life. It'll be difficult in the beginning...but the end result will be beautiful and so affirming.
Right, I don't do long posts...bring back the fekin' Sarcy Thread or I may just do another long boring post
Ow Cav, that was lovely. (sarcy enough)
No really, wow that was fantastic, very well put, and it all soo makes sense.

God you're good!! Excellent post
Re: Nasal Spray.
Your smoking nurse/clinic can give you a prescription for the nasal spray. I know a few people who have used them and found they "hit" the spot when a craving showed up. On the down side, might as well be honest here, they thought they got addicted to the spray instead as there was no restriction on how often you used it, so they ended up using every 1/2 hour or so. Both these guys are still smoking and have tried hypnotherapy, alan carr seminar, you name it. Think their real problem is their minds are not in the right place. But that's just my opinion.
I used Champix which for me worked. Hope you find your "method" and its a great success.
Thanks for all these.
I really like the idea of the spray (I want one!)
I suppose champix may be worth a try, but then i'd have to proper start smoking again, in order to start hating it, plus i have slightly mental reactions to any antidepressants. Prozac made me go a bit nuts, and i lost about two stones (hmmm-now there's an idea, why was this bad?)
Twas indeed an inspired post Cav, and i shall be referring to it, as i am now back to day one!
