well - 13th day of no smoking. Finding it easy. Maybe it's because this time I am 100% I do not need to smoke or want to be a smoker.

I have been jet setting with work a bit of late. I haven't been on here much but it's nice to know you're all here.

I haven't used the inhalator for about a week. Yay!
