Back here again for me.

I went out last nite to wedding reception, got drunk n caved in, i smoked 2 ciggies and had a drag of someones just before i had the 2.

Not going to beat myself up over it, i'm just going to carry on and ignore it!

Dont worry as long as you try to get back on track. I really find coming on here helps. You have just got to remember liker i know only too well that it only takes one and before you know it your smoking as normal. I need to remember that as thats how it happens to me every time and then you just feel like crap with guilt.
