I went out to friends wedding reception and caved in.

First of all i asked hubby for a drag of his ciggie he kept refusing but then gave it me and i had 1 drag of it.

Then later on i had 2 ciggies.

I don't feel guilty or bothered i'm back to day 1 i'm just going to try again and avoid alcohol!!

I wasnt going to go because i knew i wasn't ready to go out in that enviroment,was my own fault i should have stayed sober!
