Hi everyone

I'm here and so pleased with myself. It will be 72 hours at midnight tonight and I'll have done it Cold Turkey. Didn't use the nicorette chewing gum I bought yesterday.

I am hoping that I sail through today. I have the water and Cranberry juice beside me.

Good for you....

Stick with it. It will get easier. After the first week you will really start to see small improvements.

Amazing............ i dont know how you have done it cold turkey but really well done. Iam pleased as punch doing it with champix (which really does help)
