I don't miss it, I don't want it and I certainly don't need it. I have hardly had to devote any energy on not smoking at all this time it feels like I never started again after all that time, and this time I have actually lost a little weight rather then put it on! I think this is due to giving up sugar simultaniously, I have had major craves for sweet stuff but hardly any for fags, in fact I can't think of anything more grose right now... very strange, i hope it carries on being this easy for the rest of my life.

you've quit sugar?? omg.. how are you.. you ok? no shakes? trouble sleeping? how do you cope ? How was the transition over to the being someone who says 'no thanks i'm sweet enough' when someones making you a cup of tea?
Compared to smoking, i would find quitting sugar harder by far !!!!!!!!!!
Now seriously :).. well done on the not smoking thusfar, had no idea you were also quitting sugar though, that is something i would not be able to quit :0
