Rarrrrrrrrrrrrrr well done !!!!!!! I tidied up a bit in here before you arrived, glad the place is to your liking

Nicely done tho that.. 8 weeks down and into month 3..great place to be in your quit.

Keep your guard up though Joan, don't relax your armour against what your quitting, always keep a focus on your quit.. and know that even now you'll get the odd moment or day even where things don't seem as good as normal.

Ride through em, the majority of the time its just fine. Getting used to normality without a crutch is a good thing! So well done again!
