Hi all, i am back here and still smoke free after 7 months and 2 weeks (226 days i think). iv actually stopped counting and popped here to see if everyone else is still going strong from the mmq lot......its brilliant to not have even had a drag and im so pleased to see so many familiar names on here, going to browse through now and see if i can relate to some of the early quitters and hopefully offer some support.........BELLA be proud and you Linda and all the others still free from the weed xx

it is really good to see all the oldies around tonight, it really helps us newbies to know that people make it to the other side and become true non smokers. At the moment i still think that i will get to the point where i can just have one, i know this to be untrue, and hearing from people who were here before me, it helps.
