I don't know if its the flu that makes me not want a cig, or maybe i just wasnt addicted enough, but i dont feel all the anxiety and irritability that ive read about online that comes on day 2(48 hours). ive stopped cold turkey and am doing well at the moment. seeing my life without cigarettes as a possibility and looking forward to clean smellin breath and clothes and fitness and higher energy levels and clean skin.

Hopefully I'll be joining the day 2 group soon - have so far managed nearly three hours (its a start).

Well if you got flu, you definitely won't wanna smoke.
Lay off them and stay quit, my friends sister quit when she got ill once with a cold or flu whatever it was, she never smoked again.. that was good goin.
So good luck. stick at it.
