hey caz glad youre back 2 days well done you know yourself once you got the first few days out the way you will begin to feel a little better about it x
You know what i found helped loads.. i'd heard about fruit juice, but i bought a load of small oranges, and spent most of my time peeling them and eating them for the first 4 days or so.. the office stunk of orange but it was a good distraction.. and i've never heard of anyone at the docs complaining of eating over a dozen oranges
I should get more of them in i think.. quite like them.
Hiya Carol. Sorry you're feeling a bit crabby. When you wake up, if you're still feeling rough can't you take a photo of yourself and post it on here. Then, if any of us are a bit down, looking at you may make us feel better lol. You know it'll get better Caz, and after this you should be stronger for the suffering. Keep you pecker up Caz. I wont sleep tonight knowing that there wont be a joke waiting for me in the morning when I switch my computer on and then I'll feel even worse tomorrow and I'll be mean to my kids and they'll get upset and then I'll moan at Chrissie and then she'll get annoyed and then she'll moan at you etc etc
