Help! Craving after stopping champix at 3 months

I stopped using Champix a week ago after completing 3 month course and the cravings started again. Admittedly not as severe but enough to disrupt the day. Going through loads of mints and food!! Still determined not to start smoking again but am finding these cravings are wearing me down. I am hoping that they will ease soon as was enjoying my smoke free existence until now! Plus excess weight around my middle is a bit annoying!

Has anyone experienced this return of cravings? Do they last long?

Its a period of re-adjustment, your body and mind are just getting used to this new change since stopping the champix entirely.

The cravings will subside, but just keep yourself busy on stuff, and get some things together to distract you when your mind starts to wander.

I find deep relaxed breathing helps when i get cravings. (in with the good.... out with the bad).

Some folk do report month 3 as being just another testing time, a bit like day 3 & week 3, but you are strong and you can do it.

Stay strong, you've come far with this now.. so well done you!! I know its difficult again, but it shouldn't last too long.

Thanks. I know I need to give myself a kick and motivate myself to fight these cravings. Reading others experiences and using this forum will hopefully give me the kick! I just thought I had gone through all this and didn't expect it to return and it has taken me by surprise!

I would probably harden up to the cravings too. I've read in a number of places that month 3 (for some) can prove to be another test. Although the cravings are not as bad, as you say they just surprise you more than anything.
