as you can tell by the title (unless if your confused) i almost gave up smoking and almost started again until 1 lil girl helped me not 2...yes it was paige (awwwww)
i have been feeling worse than ever during this quitting stage yet as i have found more anger in myself and im more stressed than ever BUT thanks to her i steered away from having a cigi tonight while i was out
so im just about to finish day 9, and almost returning to day 1 (nooooooooooo):eek:

if i had quit when i was 16 i just dont know how different my life would have been.
when i was 16 i didnt have anything else to do - it seemed like it gave me a focus.
15 years later i have battled and battled and felt like total sh*te, missed out on so many good things through lack of money, lack of confidence, nice girls thinking i smelt like sh*te, etc etc, i could write a book for you, just believe and know that its the right best only good thing to do if you want to have the best life you can give yourself.
