I didnt manage to make a post yesterday for day 3 but i managed to stay firm and smoke free. It can be very difficult at times since i work at home I find myself with lots of free time to pass.

Well done getting to day four that's more tha half the forst week done already
I know how difficult it can be when at home all day with time to fill
I used to take a walk and found that helped as did keeping busy
