Hello all my fellow quitters, After a rocky quit in February (I lasted about 2 weeks) I decided not to let it beat me, and have come back with the gloves on ready to fight another day I am doing pretty well so far, I quit smoking on 22 June so have now been quit for about 26 days. I am using patches and an inhilator for when times get really bad. I found the first few weeks remarkably easy but as with previous quits I know this is not the hardest time (For me anyway) It always seem to be hardest and I seem to stumble around the 1 month mark so the next few weeks could be pretty dodgy, I dont know why this is, maybe its because my initial enthusiasm has wore off a bit, I dont know, but I know if I can get through the next 4 weeks I will be well on the way.
As for feeling better, well to be truthfull I havent, I have absolutley no energy and feel very lathargic, I am hoping this passes and am going to try and conquer it by taking up running or doing some other exercise.
This is a great forum with a lot of useful information and advice
