ha ha im into day 12.. started day a bit moody takes me about half n hour to come round!!! since quitting, was on way to work n walked past a woman smoking it smelt sooo nice, but i kind of smiled to myself n didnt think about within a minute of the thought.
finished work at 6pm got a feeling of saturday night smoking time, felt glum for about 5 minutes..(think felt depressed the whole night last week) .. just goes to show it does get easier bit by bit then maybe the jigsaw gets complete eventually & ive got to work on it not being taken to pieces again x
i be trying out my new sewing machine tonight, which im quite excited about (such a exciting life i lead lol ) oh well thanks all for supporting me so much, i love this forum , i love typing my thought out & people understand.. self therapy i suppose xxxxx

Glad to hear you feel so much better now and that it's also getting easier for you
Don't worry about the moodiness first thing it's normal, it has always taken me at least 2 mugs of coffee one after the other to even feel human in the mornings
Enjoy the sewing a friend phoned me a little while ago to say she's bringing me some alterations and repairs to do on mine so think I may give her my old one to play with I don't mind doing it but she's started bringing her neighbours as well now
