Nearly didn't make week 2, but I'm here!

Well last night has got to be the hardest night of all ..........the craving never left from tea time but I didn't give in and I have made it to week 2.

Anyway it's a lovely day here so I am going out to enjoy my garden

Sometimes the only thing you can do is just tough it out, well done for making it.

One thing is for sure though the more smoke free time you build up the easier you'll find it to resist temptation.

Yes I've had a good day...............still hard but coped with it.

Had a lovely day in the garden with my book and we went out to the pub for lunch. Around smokers but managed ok. Dont get me wrong I could have smoked one no problem but I was strong and remained a non smoker. Was dead proud of myself.

Dont know where passenger is spoke to her this morning she was still on track for joining me in week 2 tomorrow.
