I think finally it's getting slightly easier. The cravings have been getting fewer and less intense. I still feel extremely tired, a bit down and tearful, although that could partly be because I have to go back to work tomorrow.
So ... I really hope this keeps up, I just don't ever want to go back to being a smoking robot again.

Wednesday is really busy for me, two kids off to school and then quickly get the little one ready for tap and ballet classes, then take her to nursery and then i get about 2 hours (for lunch, washing, ironing, walking dog, cleaning and putting a broom up my arse and cleaning the floor) before i have to pick up little one, then the other two, then tea then bath kids before big one goes to Guides.
see my life is very selfish it is all about me me me!
However back to how i'm feeling, it is great u r starting to feel better, but i can't agree, i still want a cig pretty much all day every day, TODAY I CHOOSE NOT TO SMOKE, and that is how i am getting through it, i can't wait for the day when it gets to bedtime and i haven't thought about it.
Good on u for feeling better, hope it continues, and u never know tomorrow is my day 18 so i might feel all better then.

Hi JenJam,
You won't go back to being a smoking robot if you choose not to
Well done on 18 days, you are doing so well. Your emotions will level out I promise & thoughts of ciggies will become further & further apart.
Good luck back at work tomorrow. I was off last week & had the real miseries all day Sunday as had to go back on the Monday. What a waste of a day LOL.

Hi Bev,
Sorry it is still a struggle for you at the moment, but it will get better honestly.
You are so busy running around after a young family that I think it does make it harder, I know it did in my case on my very many attempts to stop.
You will get there though & your family will be SO proud of you as I am sure they are now
