Cool, im into day 4 and if im completely honest it seems to have gone quickly but today has been the most testing so far. I found myself reaching for the cigarettes several times just out of pure habit and then when they arent there feeling a full on craving sensation.
Ive substituted the cigarette for a glass of water and seems to work well enough. wow am I getting through alot of water though
I swear when I get a new job and im earning again im going to buy myself a whoppin' big reward for giving up the smoking, I think ive saved about £22 already in just the 4 days of no smoking so it would be good to have something to look forward to (other than the better health ofc)
Best wishes to all the other folks giving up smoking, stick at it

Well done in getting to day 4 Triggers can be a nasty thing and when you realise that you won't be doing what you used to do the crave can be hard. Check out the clock cos they only last a few minutes but feel like forever and a day. Water's good cos you'll have lovely soft skin in a few days. Take care and well done cos you've got past the evil third day!
Sorry about the craves but they can seem to go on forever but in fact are short lived for themost part but with every one you beat off you get a little stronger, glad the waters helping you through them
Yes do treat yourself when you can I do and have ever since I started my quit usually only something small but it gives me such a boost to do it
