Day 6 - Dreading today !!

Hi all,

Finally got to day 6, feeling ok but bit nervous meeting up with two of my friends who both smoke one after the other. feeling lost all ready and hoping i can get through it ok. but its got to be done sooner the better trying to keep positive. wish me luck will post later this afternoon.

You are doing well 5 days done already, I know it is going te be tough today going out with your friends but if you stay strong you will succeed in staying quit.

Well done on getting to day 6. A chance for you to show your friends how well you are doing, maybe make them envious a bit as well.

You know what you are gaining from this quit, so hopefully you aren't dreading it too much. Stay strong, and you'll feel all the better at the end of the day for getting through smoke-free.

That 1 week milestone is just around the corner.

Stay positive try not to be nervous in advance, you may show your friends how to stop when they see how well you are doing.

Thanks for replies, got through this morning ok with my friends, it actually smelt disgusting and i did not crave at all ( hope it stays that way).

Feeling stronger today and positive cant wait to reach day 7 tomorrow.
