Feeling Tired in paradise -day 4

Hi to all ,

On day 4, and been in bed most of the day, no energy, feel crap, also ache all over. i have had lots of thought`s today of smoking but im not having one ever again. so i am hoping these craves will pass . i hope everyone else is doing well and staying strong.

Day 4 is great well done you

Yes these craves will pass, as will the way you feel tired, achy etc, they are all normal for us quitters and pass quite quckly

The craveing may hang on for a bit longer but will get easier to deal with and be much further apart soon I promise
