Almost into day three

Well thats another day done and dusted !!!

My English Bull Terrier slipped his lead tonight and went running through the town. Those of you that know anything about EBT's will know a loose EBT is not a good thing !!! Anyway long story short, after running after him for all of 3 mins (he came back to me, god love him) I was totally out of breath.

This made me realize how unfit I have become due to these horrible cancer sticks, and has made my determination to QUIT even stronger !!!

How are my QUIT buddies doing ?
