think everything triggers me sal , my head is still spinning round well dizzy

this morning. wow you have both done great ,its so nice to hear that it will get better,you both sound really happy so i know ive got more to look forward to. yip ee cant wait.

breakfast (late one at that) just realised ive had nothing to eat yet

can smell stale smoke in house so going to have spring clean today.

Blinkin hell sal,

What a brilliant post ,that really made lots of sense to me and i know every time i have gone back to smoking it is just an excuse for me to start again.my breathing is crap ive been on steroids time and time again ,i cough constantly and hate myself for it. i also get anxious and depressed but on tab`s at moment for that and they are helping so that will help this time. plus i get breathless so like you say about having reasons for giving up i have got plenty and i think i will need to write a list and keep looking back at it everytime an urge happens to come . because after reading your post im so proud of what you have achieved, and so now I AM NON SMOKER with attituude ,you could say you have just stired something within me . THANKYOU SAL !!!!!!
