Hot chocolate

Just realised Ive gone past the time I would have usually had a fag, forgot my hot choc (im not a brew drinker anyway!) and not felt the need for chewing gum so far today.

My boyfriend is saying how lovely I smell and how my skin looks better already! he also said that he would rather have a years worth of grumps rather than me going back to smoking so he will try his best to support me through it.
