So the big day is looming and i have to say i am ready. I am stopping smoking tomorrow and am not filled with dread but more of joy that finally after years of stopping and starting i AM going to do it this time.
I know panic will set in today when i smoke my last cigarette but i also know that feeling will pass. I will be strong and get through this.
Will update tomorrow after i wake up to describe my feelings as a non smoker and any pangs i am having, and will ask for any encouragement along the way as i know i'll need it
good luck to everyone, lets do it together!!
