any1 using NRT lozenges

Hi guys,

Thanks for all ur support regarding my little rough patch earlier - I've got through it now but I went to tesco today 2 get some shopping and noticed the lozenges - I bought a pack and I'm having one atm, but I was wondering if anyone else is using them and if so, how effective r they?

Phil, I used them for about 10 weeks and they did help but ultimately it was an understanding of the addiction that worked for me.

I've used them too and as with all N.R.T. they take the edge off the crave but you need the willpower too.

There's no magic alternative I'm afraid or I guess no one would smoke and just use N.R.T. for the "fix"

Hi Phillip,

I am using lozenges,finished week 9 yesterday,I think.

I started on 4mg then moved to 2 mg on week 6.

I find them very convenient and they take the edge off any urges,I am gradually cutting back on them now and expect to stop them altogether by week 12.

I tried them but just didnt like the taste (daft cos cigs taste worse) :confused:
