11 days through 12 day in 1 hour, it has been a roller coaster to get to this point. the first 5 days of giving up was really hard for me, i think that if i did not have this website to get things of my chest i would not have succeeded, but anyway those 5 days i was going through lozengers like water then i decided to try cold turkey. so for the 6th and 7th day i was nigotine free but i couldnt hack it, i relapsed not back to smoking back onto the lozengers, and all of a sudden i felt great again from the 8th day onwards i have been taking about 3 lozengers a day and feeling great i hardly think about smoking any more, im just nervouse when i take myself of the lozengers but il take that head on when i come to it. im full of confidence and really really looking forward to a life smoke free.

Well done SL,

I started a quit last year using NRT...the inhalator...and I was apprehensive about leaving them . I kept on for quite a few weeks, though, and when I did stop them it wa easy peasey...You did right to start again ...Nothing much hangs on when you stop as long as it doesn't go into 4 or 5 months.

Keep going, you're doing great!
