Day 8 and now with the help of Zyban.

Right im doing ok now but i thought id keep a daily log of how im doing on the Zyban and log any side effects as i havent seen many accounts on here.

Started taking yesterday at midday after losing the plot with really bad cravings.Within 2 hours of taking i felt better then later on still felt ok but slightly hazey.Had a really good nights sleep which was not expected as insomnia is one of the main side effects from zyban.Went to work this morning feeling fine and took my second dose at 11:30.No side effects this afternoon but now feel a bit spacy but not in a bad way.I have not had any cravings at all since starting Zyban which is good and still havent had a smoke.

Ill keep you all posted and thanks again for all the support and kind words they really help.

Well done steve on reaching day 9 doesn't matter that you lost the plot or how you got there the good thing is that you did so just keep going and take each day as it comes

Good Luck with the Zyban it is good but some times has adverse effects ?

fingers crossed it will be OK for you congrats you are over the worst it gets easier as the days tick by
