today i felt much better thanks to the much needed support i gained from the people in here willing to help, i have had a few bad moment but mostly good, for a period of the day i found that my hands were shaking and that the lozengers i am taking taste really sweet, not that that matters, but i am very positive for the future

Well done - Keep going - the first week is tough but after that it gets easier. I'm just starting week 2 and looking forward to staying off fags.
