First day nearly done, pleasantly suprised, had a few bits of anxiety and felt a bit tearful when I was talking about it to hubby, but all in all I feel quite good. Love the way I smell, interestingly, kids haven't noticed. Pelting it down with rain outside, and I don't have to sneak out into it for a ciggy, fantastic! Lots of fruit tea, no caffeine (decaf coffee, thought it might be wise). Hope tomorrow feels as calm, and then Monday. I especially chose a Saturday to stop because the family were home, on Monday I'll be home mostly on my own, so I'll have to stay very strong, maybe I'll keep the kids off school? (just kidding). Have printed loads of literature/facts re. smoking and quitting to read as a reminder, and of course all the posts on this forum are a fantastic reminder that I am not alone. Keep strong everyone.
