I used this site last year and managed to stay away from the dreaded sticks for approx 3 months. It was when I went solo and through a moment of weakness that I started smoking again.
Isn't it a horrible habit!!
Anyway, I 'm going for it again tomorrow, my plan is to take it a month at a time and have a healthier year.
Looking forward to getting to know you all along the way!!

Good luck for tomorrow, try to get the mindset right and you're away.
I believe that ever failed attempt can act as a learning experience (as such I must be a genius by now, lol) so learn from it and make it stick this time.

Yes I do remeber you Linda, its good to see you still trying. 9 months is a hell of a long way, it shows you can do it again.
What happened to some of other guys...there was Flippy, Paul, Buffy and many others. Did they all manage to stay without?
Anyway, I'm on day 1 today - finding it very hard as going cold turkey but I know that it will ease up in a couple of days.
Good luck with this quit. Flippy lapesed but has been quit again for about 5/6 month now. The only one I know whos quit for defo is josie/kapper She still comes on line some times. xxxx
