Hey guys,

Well I am back home - my shift is finished and I didn't have a single urge. I had a couple bits of nicorette during the shift though, but no fags!!

That's day 1 over and done with (well nearly). Now I've got a bottle to heat up for baby Lincoln - better start my daddy duties lol
