week 3/4

hi everyone

i have been off the fags for three weeks just startws my fourth so far all well although i get the odd time when i think a fag qould be nice it only lasts a very short while also have the odd weird dream but no real problems this site is a huge help so thanks everyone

You're doing great, I hope you're very proud of yourself... I know I'm proud of you.

Well done, keep it going... it will start to gradually get a bit more natural not to smoke... and to stay off them, all you really have to do is not to smoke right now - and just keep not smoking right now!

thank you all for your help it is good to know you are there for me and have been where i am now and yes i am proud of myself and am definitely going to spend my first smoke free xmas in years( lots of them) i will not be defeated this time
