Hi everyone! Still here so don't panic (and still eating little and often ;))

Truth is I actually forgot my eight month mark although not because I am such a good non smoker but because I was having a few problems and the date escaped me completely.

I'll not lie, the past few days I have been imagining the old 'just the one' cigarette like back in the days. I know this comes from being so bloody stressed but don't panic I have no intention of reaching for the lighter and ashtray!

I went for months without even giving it a thought. Just shows you that you can never let your guard down.

Have to say it was a weird sensation craving a cigarette again but i'm getting there.

Thanks for all your support and can I just ask that you get me to one year!!

Good to see you're post and great that you are reaching for the forum and not the ciggy's.
