One month complete - so here I am in month 2.

Really delighted to have got this far, and more positive than ever that I will not smoke again.

I hope everyone else had a good weekend (Mine was DIY filled, but very satisfying turning our new house into a home) and has stayed quit.

Thanks everyone - it does mean a lot to me to have the support, Not everyone has been so supportive. Which means I am even more delighted... a few of my smoking friends and colleagues have now had to pay up...

Thanks, so do I... I can't put my finger on why, but I can't imagine failing this time. This quit is for keeps... perhaps me knowing that, but not knowing how I know is what sends out the positive signals?
